We can enter non-ordinary states of consciousness through a variety of modalities such as plant medicines, psychedelics, breathwork, and contemporary-day rights of passage, and other conscious shifting practices.  Non-ordinary states of consciousness provide us with the opportunity for a deep connection with ourselves as well as a deep connection to something greater than ourselves. 

 These powerful experiences of non-ordinary states of consciousness open the doorway to an alchemical process that can be deepened through intentional integration work. Whether you have experienced non-ordinary states through a vision quest, rites of passage, or medicine work, these power experiences provide us with an opportunity to transform on many levels.

I am here to offer guidance with education, harm reduction, and provide you with the tools and skills that will support you with effectively preparing for and integrating your journey with non-ordinary states.
